Lancaster County School District has been in contact with Emergency Management. Lancaster County is currently under a flood watch. Due to potential flooding and hazardous conditions caused by Tropical Storm Debby, as a safety precaution, ALL Lancaster County schools, buildings, and facilities will be closed on Thursday August 8, 2024. ALL events and activities are cancelled.
ALL open houses and orientations scheduled for August 8, 2024 are canceled and will be rescheduled.

The Multilingual Learner Department is hosting an event for families on July 30th from 5:00-7:00 PM at Indian Land High School.
This event will guide parents through PowerSchool and important information about our schools in LCSD.

On April 11th, we will host Showcase Night from 5 to 7 p.m. This event is designed to showcase STEAM, art, GT, and the 4th grade Wax Museum. Bring your family along for a night of fun! The Showcase will feature a range of exciting events, including a Book Fair, GT Showcase, Silent Auction, 4th Grade Wax Museum, Art Show, Engineering stations, and Robotics stations.
